After the disappointment of the 24hr race being cancelled by the organisers.  I will be cycling 100 miles on 12th June in the Tour of Cambridge Sportive in replacement for Kayla's Rainbow Appeal.

On 2rd October both myself and Ed will be taking part in our first official Half Marathon in Brandon Suffolk.  Dedicated to the cause, both events will be extremely challenging.

We are running for Kayla's Rainbow Appeal because no child or family should have to fight through years of gruelling treatments and be fearful for their future  - Raising money to improve treatment and research into philadelphia positive acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (PH+ALL).

We are proud to be training hard and taking part in an event that will support Kayla, who works unselfishly to raise money herself to help others -  having endured an unimaginable condition and yet still has a smile that can light up a room!

The Race:  24 hour Paired Race.  We start running at 11:00 Saturday  and run 5 mile loops taking it in turns to rest.  We carry on for 24 hours until we can take no more - we will Run, Walk or Crawl to the end!
