Story

Well hello - another year, another challenge.

The once very unathletic Rebecca is this time taking on a HALF MARATHON in her hometown of St Albans.

I AM TERRIFIED. I have always hated running and am not in the best shape so the fear is growing. But I'm doing this for a great great charity so I better suck it up and get ready!

Mental health is a hot topic at the moment, but sadly hasn't been talked about so much previously. I know I'm not alone in having personal experience with the pain caused by people who are struggling and by suicide and that's why I would love you to visit Papyrus' website and see all the great work they are doing.

I'm also fortunate enough to have been made an ambassador for the St Albans half - which means I will be blogging my way through training/racing/PANICKING - first blog is up if you are interested:

Any donations would be so much appreciated and encourage me to get out in the cold - thank you so so much!
