As you know, I've been living with Prostate Cancer for 8+ years and have had wonderful support from hospitals, family and friends. I want to raise money to help support a charity which is making a difference in helping people affected by this awful disease.

I haven't been doing much running for quite a while now so not only will I be raising money for a wonderful cause, I'll also be encouraged to improve my own fitness. I aim to run 100 miles during July.
