Update: I ran it yesterday. Was very hot but made it round with the help of the crowd, Somewhat achy today.

Hello, I am running the Ealing Half Marathon as a part of a team of staff from the London Borough of Ealing on 28 September 2014 for Cancer Research UK.

Although I will put in a sterling (i.e painful) effort on the day I will not be improving my PB this time as I have been spending all my time bashing holes in the house rather than training.

However, this is not about me, this is about helping Cancer Research UK beat cancer. They receive no government funding for their life-saving research. Every step they make towards beating cancer relies on every pound donated.
