Story

I’m running to raise awareness of and support for the Walton Centre in Liverpool, the only specialist neurosciences NHS trust in the country. The Centre treats patients with complex disorders from all regions of the UK.

My wife Jemma suffered a catastrophic stroke in the week before Christmas 2015 and died on January 8th. The Walton Centre provided exceptional care during Jemma’s illness. If we can help the centre continue to provide this type of care it would be a fitting tribute to my phenomenal wife.
