Story
5 years ago back in 2018 I ran London Marathon to raise funds and awareness for the amazing charity that found Rupert's donor. I said I would never, ever, do it again. Whoops! It's like having a baby I forgot how blinking hard all the training is. This will be the last I promise my body I will not do this again.
It was actually an accident. I really like the rejection top and you have a less than 4% chance of getting in on the ballot. I thought it was a safe bet, but here I am with a place and no top.
If I can raise a little bit to save a life, then I will do all I can and running a few miles is the least I can do. There are people out there not as lucky as us and still waiting to find a donor. Everyday I am so very thankful for every extra day we have with our beautiful boy. Every penny helps, thank you x

For someone with blood cancer, a stem cell transplant could be their last chance of survival. Today, five people will start their search for a stranger to save their life. Anthony Nolan is the charity that makes lifesaving connections between people with blood cancer and incredible strangers ready to donate their stem cells. It costs £40 to add each new potential donor to the Anthony Nolan stem cell register. Every new person on the register means another chance for someone to find their lifesaving match. By donating to our page, you will be giving more people with blood cancer the chance of a future. Together, we can keep saving lives.
