Having completed the virtual London Marathon in 2020 and then having to postpone in 2021 I am pleased to say that I'm back and I'm running my final London Marathon in 10-days time

I'm running to support a fantastic local charity - Havens Hospices

This charity supports babies, children, teenagers, young people and adults across Essex living with conditions that could shorten their lives and their families. Supporting them from initial diagnosis to end-of-life and post-bereavement care when needed. They offer respite care and care within the community as well as experiences for families to enjoy and to make memories together. What they do is phenomenal.

They have cared for thousands of families since they opened 40-years ago and I want to help them continue to be there for families in the future. Every pound you donate will help us help them to continue 'Making every day count' for all who need them. So, thank you.
