I've only gone and blooming well done it. To all the wise ones, you are wrong Hyde Park is far from flat!!!!!!

After a scare on a training run on Tuesday which saw 10K completed in 1 hour 9 minutes, I'm pleased to say I got in inside the hour. 51.31 was the official time.

A huge thanks to every one who left words of encouragement & sponsored me, money is still coming in so the final sum should be well over £200. Thanks also to Steve, Mark, Beth, Andy, Amy, Donna & Ali who made it such a fun day.

Next challenge, the London to Brighton Bike ride 2009. For the same reasons.
