Campaign by Alzheimer's Society (RCN 296645)
How many miles can you run in 30 days? Could you take on 50 or 100 miles to help us beat dementia?

Story

I am taking on the Run for Dementia for Alzheimer’s Society as it is a charity that is very close to my heart. My dad is currently living with a rare form of dementia that has affected his motor skills and has left him unable to communicate. He is now solely dependant on his family to care for him and help him with day to day activities that everybody would normally take for granted.

The Run for Dementia is a challenge to run 100 miles in 30 days. I want to challenge myself to raise as much money for the cause as I can,  so I’ve set myself a personal target of 200 miles in 30 days.

I want to raise as much money as possible to help research into preventing and beating dementia for those who are unfortunate enough to be diagnosed with it in the future.

Please donate to support me and ensure Alzheimer's Society can be there for the people who need them most.

Much love, McGee xx
