The coming months are set to be tough for everyone, but coronavirus will hit those affected by dementia the hardest. So that's why I'm lacing up my trainers and taking on Run for Dementia. 

Dementia can be so incredibly difficult for those who suffer and those who care - and sadly many of my friends and loved ones are dealing with these issues at the moment, and this cruelist of times.
