How many miles can you run in 30 days? Could you take on 50 or 100 miles to help us beat dementia?

Story

The coming months are set to be tough for everyone, but coronavirus will hit those affected by dementia the hardest.

Many of my friends will know my Grandad sadly passed away recently. My Grandma who has battled dementia for many years is now sadly left on her own in their care home and due to coronavirus can have no visitors. This is heartbreaking and with my new found love for running, inspired me to take on this challenge.

So that's why I'm lacing up my trainers and taking on Run for Dementia. Never doing things by half, I’ve opted for the full 100 miles! Please donate to support me and ensure Alzheimer's Society can be there for the people who need them most.

I’ll be kicking off the challenge on Monday 4th May for  30 days and will provide regular updates and images along the way. Thanks for your support.
