I am taking on the Run for Dementia - 80km over January (a huge challenge for me!). 900,000 people are currently living with dementia across the UK and my beautiful mum is one of them. She was diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer’s at the age of 56 in September of this year after having struggled with her memory for two years. It has been, and will continue to be a crushing experience for us as a family.

I pray that a cure will be found, and that in the meantime all families affected will get the support that they need. Alzheimer's Society helps to facilitate this which is why as a family we have chosen to raise money for them. I would really appreciate any donation you can give, big or small.
