On 22nd November, my dad passed away as a result of Alzheimers. 

It's a long slow painful disease, that no one should have to go through. 

I've decided to put my fundraising page up now (as I'd been intending to get round to at some point) in order to start something new; my friends, colleagues and family to help raise money to fight what has recently become the UK's number 1 killer illness. 

It's only a half, but it will be my 4th and it will be for my Dad.
