I'm running a Half Marathon in support of SOFT UK!

This year I'll be getting out there and training for the Royal Parks Half marathon, dedicated to Emilia, and supporting SOFT UK.

In 2019 we were introduced to the world of Trisomy, and found SOFT UK during our pregnancy with Emilia. Their work and support has helped us to understand so much more about the conditions and feel less isolated.

Now I work for SOFT, and get to see the amount of people they support, having the honor to talk with so many of them and hear their incredible stories.

This will be my hardest challenge, getting fit enough to run a half marathon, but I want to support as best I can, and Emilia inspires me to get up and go.

I'll also be doing a few painting live streams in the month leading up to the marathon, so stay tuned for those!
