In memory of Lyla Nsouli

On August 13 2011, two year old Lyla Nsouli was diagnosed with a terrible form of brain cancer called Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG). She passed away only 5 months later. Lyla's family set up this foundation in her honour to fund research into treatment and, eventually, a cure for DIPG.

Story

WE DID IT!  Each one on Team Lyla crossed the final line beating their personal best times. Worth mentioning Dana who finished the 5K with a time of 21:18s arriving among the first few in a crowd of 4000 runners.

Thanks to your support and generosity we were able to raise more than £16000 so far and money is still coming in.

We hope that with friends like you we will be able to make a difference in the fight against this most dreadful disease.

Lyla will always be in our hearts and minds.

We are participating in a 5K run/walk on June 13  to raise money for the Lyla Nsouli Foundation.  Lyla Nsouli was our friends' beautiful daughter. She lost her battle against a terrible brain tumour (DIPG) just after her third birthday.
