Team Ruhama is dusting off their running shoes to take on the Vhi Mini Marathon 2023.

Ruhama is an NGO supporting individuals impacted by sexual exploitation, prostitution and human trafficking. The service users we work with have gone through incredible trauma, but more importantly, they are resilient and brave.

Please support us to raise funds to provide essential food vouchers and mobile phones for this very vulnerable and silent cohort of society.

Our target is €3,500 – this will enable us to support 50 service users with €50 food vouchers and provide 10 mobile phones. The more we raise the more individuals we can support.
