We’ve been providing in-depth, expert information and wide-ranging support for over 35 years, helping thousands of people affected by lymphoma. Our work drives improvements in the diagnosis, treatment, and aftercare of lymphoma.

Story

Our wonderful Dad, Dr Steve Rowlands, sadly passed away on 17 November 2017 after developing a rare form of lymphoma. Having suffered for over a year with this terrible disease, he was keen to ensure support was available to those going through a similar ordeal. He was a keen runner, running 3 London marathons and numerous half marathons whilst he was well.  In the months leading up to his passing, he organised a team of 15 family members to run the London Royal Parks Half Marathon in October 2018 to raise funds for the Lymphoma Association. It was his wish that any donations made in his memory were to support the team of runners in raising their target for this charity.

The team of runners consists of:

Anna Rowlands
Meg Rowlands
Joe Rowlands
Sara Rowlands
David Heanue
Sam Maxfield
Tom Stoddart
Mike Stoddart
Paul Rigden
James Rowlands
Annabel Crapper
Alan Crapper
Owen Vulliamy
Emma Mills
Andy Dewis
