Hey, Alan here!

After managing to convince my dad (Robin Guild) to run the 2022 TCS London Marathon along side me, injury struck, which unfortunately lead to him needing to defer his place to 2023! Thankfully Young Lives vs Cancer allowed me to get a second spot to also be able to run it with him! 

The 2023 TCS London Marathon will be my 3rd time running the London Marathon for Young Lives vs Cancer and will be my 4th official marathon! 

HOWEVER, This will be my dads FIRST EVER marathon! 

Additionally, On Top of Dad and I running the 2023 TCS London Marathon, I will be filling the months between the 2022 Marathon and 2023 Marathon with various other events and challenges to push myself even further to raise funds for Young Lives vs Cancer.

These events and challenges will be announced one after another on my social media pages! So keep an eye out for them!

Young Lives vs Cancer are a fantastic children's cancer charity. They offer day-to-day support for young people with cancer and their families, financial aid to help cover the extra costs such as travel and hotel stays for treatments, Homes from Home: places close to hospitals where they can stay free of charge, preparation and bereavement support if the unthinkable happens.
