So the story is I’m pretty unfit. I made a deal with my mates that I’ll get my shit together if the London Marathon selects me in the ballot and 6 years later here I am! 

I’ve been working with Selfless UK for 7 years now and I’ve bored many of you to death with the work that we do. 

However! The work is important and we must carry on!! 

Selfless UK delivers evidence based health interventions in rural Bangladesh in places where historically people have not been able to access healthcare. 

We’ve been working in Bangladesh since 2008 and in July I’ll be heading back there to deliver the work your donations will fund. 

We run primary care health camps, antenatal services, dental hygiene campaigns and a cataract surgery service.
