Story
I am running the London Marathon again in 2023 with Webby's name proudly displayed across my chest.
We raised an impressive £5,160 (plus Gift Aid) for Macmillan with the 2022 London Marathon, this was above the target I set which is thanks to many people donating generously, I know this is a big challenge right now! Webby was driven by targets, he would be so proud of what we have achieved so far.
Knowing how much money Macmillan need just to keep existing services running (see the slide in the gallery) to support cancer patients and their families I don't feel I can just leave it to other people to fundraise. Any donation, however small, will be much appreciated.
We will all be affected by Cancer at some point in our lives, be it as a patient, a family member of a patient or a friend or relative of someone lost to cancer, supporting a charity like Macmillan is essential if we want the support to be there when it's needed.
Thanks for clicking into my page.
