As some of you will known I'm an avid runner, usually running for fitness or trying to beat a PB.

This time I'm doing a little of both... In the morning I'll be running the 13.1 mile race hopefully for a PB, then more importantly, followed by running (or maybe more lurching) with my fellow CTS colleagues in the 10k at 11:30am - all in support of Rueben's Retreat.

Reuben’s Retreat was founded in August 2012, just 2 days after Reuben Graham died aged just 23 months old. His Mummy Nicola created the charity to help others who are facing or already dealing with similar heartbreak, walking side-by-side with families offering emotional and practical support for parents and siblings bereaved of a child and for families of life limited or threatened children who face uncertain futures.
