In memory of Poppy Goodchild
Story
Our beautiful daughter Poppy was born on the 28th October 2016 at 4.37pm weighing 6lb6oz but due to a devastating brain injury she passed away on the 31st October 2016 at Leeds General Infirmary NICU at just three days old.
We are looking to raise funds in our daughters memory to help other families affected by loss and ensure our daughters memory lives on.
We received amazing support from Forget Me Not after our heartbreaking loss of Poppy. All the money raised will go towards Forget Me Not'scare for sick babies, children and support their families. It will also go towards all the support they give parents that suffer the heartbreaking and unthinkable tragedy of losing a child.
