We're taking part in this year's Santa Dash to help Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity be there for more patients next year. It's a fun race that helps us get in to the Christmas spirit and stay fit..... And if we can raise a bit of money then happy days!

This Christmas their nurses will be caring for those in need, for what could be their last one with family and friends, helping them make it the best it can possibly be at the most difficult of times.
