Running for Alzheimer's Society

Manchester Marathon 2021 · 10 October 2021 ·
Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever.Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.
In 2019 I ran the Yorkshire Marathon barefoot to raise money, I also did a treadmill-a-thon. I feel I didn't really know what i was doing as I'd never fundraised before, so this year I want to do better.
So the plan is to run Manchester and a few other events in 2020.
My aim is not only to smash last years total but also to spread awareness of alzheimers/dementia, especially of the early signs of the disease
*****UPDATE AND NEW PLAN****
