Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Many of you won't have heard of Lupus and I hadn't until my sister was diagnosed with it. Lupus is an incurable immune system illness. It's systemic, in that it can affect any part of the body and that's the danger. Helen Gillies lost her battle with Lupus a few years ago.

Jonathan Samuel has kindly offered to run the London marathon to raise money for Lupus UK. The money raised will help them continue their excellent work in supporting Lupus sufferers, their families and research into this debilitating and sometimes fatal illness. I can't thank him enough for his support and your sponsorship for this very worthwhile cause is much appreciated.
