I am running in the Phoenix ‘end of year run’ marathon on Sunday 28th December. I’m aiming for a 3hr 45min time. (Ambitious I know 😂)

I am raising money in support for the charity as my late grandfather suffered from dementia in his later years and I witnessed firsthand the effects on my family and my grandfather directly. It would mean so much to me as to make even the slightest bit of difference I can to raise money to give other better treatment, care and support, for the people suffering and their friends and family closest to them.

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future.
