Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit my fundraising page.

Many of you will be aware that I have been completing the 6 World Marathon Majors. I was hoping to complete these in 3 years originally, however this plan was scuppered due to COVID. As such these have taken near on 5 years but I now only have one major left; the New York Marathon in November this year.

As part of this, I wanted to make it one last hurrah and have therefore also chosen to do the Great North Run as part of Claire Lomas' Challenge, who raise money for The Nicholls Spinal Injury Foundation (NSIF), and also the London Marathon in October.

Marathon results to date (from 2018):

London 2018 - 3:10:33 (too hot)
Chicago 2018 - 2:58:23
Tokyo 2019 - 2:54:27
Berlin 2019 - 2:44:31
Virtual Boston 2020 - 2:54:16
London 2021 - 2:46:57
Boston 2022 - 2:56:15 (food poisoning 2days before)
GNR 2022 - 1:18:56

London 2022 - 2:50:56 now onto NYC

New York 2022 ???? And the final star

The NSIF help to raise money to improve the lives of those who have suffered spinal cord injuries, something I have been passionately raising money for, since my first marathon back in 2015. If you would like to support me in this last effort, any donations you are able to make would be much appreciated.

I thank you in anticipation for your kind donations.

Jimmy Osborne
