Fundraising for Mind
The moment I opened up about my struggles with mental health my life changed. I believe the biggest step is self-acceptance, acknowledging that you're struggling and then being brave enough to talk about it. I want to encourage people to be open, to feel less guilt and fear about being fallible and to inspire people to live with their mental health issues because it truly is possible. It shouldn't be a private battle... it should be one we share together and support each other. Whether it's for yourself or for others.
