I am taking on this run with a view to not only completing the 10k course but to also raise money for a local cause. One which i have seen at first hand the work they do to support local individuals through a number of schemes. A little bit can make a big change to just 1 individual, to receive the support they need in what are the most challenging of times currently.

Even if you could donate just £1 every donation goes towards achieving the Communities vision.
