We are the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) and we're leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK.

Story

I am running in support of my friend Matt Bagwell who is running 21 Ultra Marathons in 26 days to raise money for CALM, yes you read that right, its over 1050km.

I ran 35k of stage 2 which was the longest distance my body has carried me and now I’m going to test my own limits of what’s possible as part of this epic challenge, committing to head out again to support Matt on the 25th September on stage 16, 45km from Cheltenham to Worcester. If all goes well and I’m not too broken, I might even sneak a back-to-back ultra on Sunday too.

If you could spare a few £ to help support the campaign that would be much appreciated.

£8 funds one potentially life-saving call to CALM.

Every 61 seconds someone calls CALM for help.
