CASPA is a great charity to support. Over 150 families are involved and hundreds of children and young people are being helped and supported each week.

I am leading a team of 30 who are running 128K from Reading to Tower Bridge in four days in May 2014, including a Marathon on the Sunday!! It's a monster of a rumble for a wonderful charity - thanks for any support you can give.
