On the 7th September this year we are going to undertake the Great North Run. This is firstly to support a great charity which has been changing the lives of children with cancer for over 25 years, providing ever improved treatments and care to the 200 children diagnosed with cancer each year in the UK. Secondly we are undertaking the run in order to develop our fitness in order to hopefully attempt an Olympic Triathlon next year. This will also be undertaken for a worthy cause. Please give what you can. Big or small amounts are greatly appreciated as I myself feel there is no greater sadness than childhood cancer
