On October 15th I have signed up for  the Birmingham International Marathon, which will be my 4th in 5 years.

I've been inspired by a lot of people I know in the local running community to give a bit back, and I'm fully aware of all the amazing work Macmillan do for their patients, and how important they are for a lot of unfortunate people.

Any donation would be massively appreciated, and go a long way to help people that are in need of treatment, care and support.

In return, I will train hard in the early hours of the morning leading up to October and try and smash out a sub 3.15 time and run for Macmillan with pride.
