I'm the co-founder and Creative Director of James Grant Media, managing Artists on TV and Radio.  I'm riding to Paris for the ICAP DebRA L2P Cycle Team.   I live in Hampton Court, married to Sally and have three beautiful children; Charlie 15, Gabriel 12 and Tilly who`s just turned 1. 

We made it ... 323 miles in 3 days!!!  The hardest thing I have ever done in my life - there are a LOT of very steep hills between here and Paris ... do not believe anyone who says that Northern France is flat!
