10 weeks of intense blood, sweat and tears training to get ready for the big fight on Saturday 11th October in support of Fundays in Nottingham.

This is for a local charity who do amazing work with some of Nottingham's most vulnerable young people, some of which are very close to my heart and I have had the pleasure of working with and supporting over the years.

This is a massive challenge, not only of my fitness at 37 years of age, but confidence and courage, to get in a boxing ring and have a professional style boxing match in front of 200 people!
