Story

We are launching a new Doctors For Nepal appeal to fund essential, but often lacking, medical equipment for the rural clinics and hospitals in the rural areas of Nepal . It is in these areas that our qualified doctors and nurses are currently working. We have asked our graduates what equipment would greatly facilitate patient care and make their jobs easier in the remote and impoverished areas. We will then choose the top three requests from the collated responses and send them out to our graduates workplaces using all our contacts in Nepal. £20 approx will buy a glucose monitor £15 approx will buy a machine to monitor oxygen saturation £20 approx will buy a machine to test the Haemoglobin £150 approx will buy a fetal heart detector All donations large or small will make a huge difference to the healthcare in rural areas.
