Hello, I've done something a bit crazy and signed up for the Banchory Beast, a 10k obstacle race taking place on 22nd September. I will be running, swimming and/or scrambing over 20 (ish) obstacles whilst swallowing oodles of mud in the name of the UoA cancer research fund.
