Paces, based in Sheffield, was founded by parents of children with cerebral palsy in 1997 and has worked ever since to support those families, children and adults who are living with neurological conditions. We offer innovative conductive education programmes to help transform their lives.

Story

We are the family of John Brocklebank raising money in his  memory for a charity that provides help for people with Cerebral Palsy to live life to the full.

Our Dad and husband died on the 11th January 2022 leaving with us an abundance of love, inspiration, and guidance as his legacy from the most incredible Dad that any family could wish for. He didn't always have it easy having to overcome the hurdles that living with a disability has.

The charity which we would like to support in our Dad's honour is Paces Sheffield, a charity that supports children with similar needs to Dad. Paces supports children such as Captain Tobias who you may have heard of.  They are currently fund-raising for a new school to help children with cerebral palsy reach their full potential. My Dad would be proud to help others who have their own challenges to beat to live a life as full as his.
