I'm supporting the Children' in Need Act your Age ramble this year by aiming to 'Act my great age' of 70 by walking / running 70 miles  from 1st October to 1st November, dragging in as many family members & friends that I can! It will be done in memory of Mike, who was a great supporter of the Children's society, which is supported by Children in Need. Also in memory of my brother Richard. Please support me!!
