Baby Beat is a charity that was very close to my mum's heart throughout her midwifery career at Sharoe Green Hospital and beyond.

For anyone that wishes, we are asking for donations to be made in her memory to this amazing charity.

Baby Beat supports babies, mums and mums-to-be cared for by the maternity, neonatal and gynaecology teams at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.  We fund specialist equipment, patient services and comforts, clinical care, local research, and training so that our maternity and gynaecology teams can offer the best possible outcomes for babies and mums in the Central Lancashire and Chorley area.  With the charity’s support, our neonatal unit continues to provide exceptional care for premature and sick babies and their families from across Lancashire and South Cumbria.
