Between 27th and 29th May Mike O'Connor, me and some friends are going to ride our bikes along the Way of the Roses from Morecambe to Bridlington 170 miles in total.

On 1st May Iona Jones, Sharon Lewis, Huw Isaac and Rhys Williams will be climbing Snowdon

We aim to raise as much money as possible for the Renal Unit in Maelor Hospital Wrexham where Rhys Williams was treated during his kidney transplant. Rhys has now made a strong recovery and is going to be part of the team climbing Snowdon.

 Any donations raised will be matched by Jones Bros.
