You'll know I turn 40 this year.

I'm not having a big party, and I'm not asking for any presents. But I'd like you to help me make a difference....

I'm taking part in the Stratford Triathlon (only the fun one, as it's my first ever triathlon) on 13th May. If you'd like to help me celebrate my birthday, please sponsor me - just a little or even a lot - everything will count. 

All the money is going to the fabulous Urban Devotion Birmingham, to help them make a difference to our local community in North Birmingham.
