Story
I’ve been given the task to climb Snowdon at the end of March! Wouldn’t say I’m the fittest human being so this could be a huge challenge for me.
I am raising money for Alzheimer’s society and would love for you all to support me with helping me get to my target of £800.
There is a rapid growth in the number of people living with Alzheimer’s disease and only around one in four people with the disease get diagnosed. It’s estimated that there are approximately 44 million people worldwide living with Alzheimer’s.
Dementia is the UK's biggest killer. Someone develops it every three minutes and there's currently no cure. Alzheimer's Society is the only UK charity that campaigns for change, funds research to find a cure and supports people living with dementia today
