Mental health affects us all. Support charities like Mind are so important and can literally save lives. In this economic climate, charities need donations more than ever, so that's why I'm aiming to help raise a little cash for Mind in Bradford by walking on fire! This is a challenge that I've considered many times before, but this November it's happening! Times are tough but if you can spare a little cash then we'd be really grateful.
