Another December, another poem-a-thon for refugees. This is the second  I've taken part in, & the situation for refugees worldwide & in the UK is even worse now.  Using my poetry to fundraise for refugee charities feels like the least I can do.  I used to work at the Refugee Council, and I know how vital their work is, campaigning for a better government response as well as supporting people already here.  I hope my friends and colleagues will be able to sponsor my 10-minute reading again.
