Story

Thank you for taking time to visit this page.

Donations can also be made by texting: Sled71 (enter donation amount) to 70070.

The time has come for me to go and face the cold.  The joy of facing no showers for a week, cold temperatures of -20C, outside toilets and no electricity, whilst I trek 200 km across Sweden with a sled and huskies for company in the hope of raising some cash for Surrey Air Ambulance.

I started last year on crutches, I could hardly stand let alone walk and this is a huge challenge for me.  This will take all the concentration, stamina and sheer determination I have to get through this journey.  Surrey Air Ambulance relies on public donations to help save lives.  Please give generously to this great cause.
