Diamonds Scotland exist to support and equip young women to discover their true identity in Christ and to empower young women to live lives that are transformed by following Jesus. We live in a world where young women are given many mixed messages about who they should be, from how they look, to their behavior and where they should find their purpose. It is no wonder then that many struggle to value themselves, suffering from low self-esteem which can often lead to further mental health problems such as eating disorders, self-harm and bullying behavior. We want to see the next generation of young women in this nation not just believe in themselves but in the women around them, creating a culture of empowerment and opportunity and where they are not limited or undermined by their sex, status or circumstances. We believe that as a young women learns to value herself as God does she not only lives a life that is transformed but she carrys this influence into the places she is called to
