We're taking on Pedal, Paddle, Peak, in support of Muscular Dystrophy UK. Muscular Dystrophy UK is the charity for the 110,000 children and adults living with muscle-wasting conditions in the UK. There's currently no cure, and it many cases, it limits lives. 

30 mile Cycle (I need to re-learn how to cycle)

2 mile Row in Ullswater 

Climb Helvellyn Mountain - (Highest in England)

..........hopefully all within 9 hours.
