It's been a good 2 years since I've been able to run 5km. This December I am running this distance through the streets of Perth, dressed as Santa! I am going to embrace the possible freezing conditions and the embarrassment for a good cause: The Rape and Sexual Abuse Centre in Perth does amazing work with women, families and young people - both prevention and support work.
