Ruth's Hope - Harvest for Hope 21

Harvest for Hope 2021 · 10 November 2021 to 17 November 2021 ·
Dear Family and Friends,
Welcome to Ruth's Hope! I am so amazingly blessed to call you Family and Friends. The fact that you are taking the time to read this warms my heart.
I have the pleasure to serve Volunteers of America Chesapeake & Carolinas (VOACC). We are a trusted organization with 125 years of transforming lives.
This year's Harvest for Hope is special to me as I enter my first year as the Board Chair. Over the next few years, I have many aspirations. One of which is Ruth's Hope, that is, that we lead our region in behavioral health services for our neighbors living with mental health illness in the District of Columbia.
The VOA Hope Center in DC provides comprehensive outpatient behavioral health services to adults. I've visited the Center, and it is a safe place filled with love and compassion for every one, and of course, it has outstanding clinical outcomes.
I believe in the work of VOACC. I know that an investment in the VOA Hope Center supports healing and wellness, self-empowerment and stability, and most of all, a renewed life!
This is very personal. Ruth's Hope is catalyzed by the journey of life of my late nephew. I hope that no one else suffers unnecessarily. Faith requires action. Will you join me by making a donation today to support VOACC and the VOA Hope Center?
I am praying for you that the treasure you share with us will grow abundantly to help bring about a well people living in a region of hope.
With sincere gratitude,
Ruth
